If your QR code isn't scanning properly, try these solutions:
- Ensure the QR code is printed or displayed clearly without distortion
- Check that there's good lighting when scanning
- Try increasing the size of the QR code (minimum 2cm x 2cm for print)
- Ensure sufficient white space around the QR code (at least 4 quiet zone modules)
- Verify the content length isn't too long (max 2,953 characters)
If you're having trouble downloading your QR code:
- Check that pop-ups are allowed in your browser settings
- Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Ensure you've entered valid content before downloading
- Check your browser's download folder for the file
- Clear your browser cache and try again
If you're seeing validation errors when entering content:
- URLs: Must start with http:// or https://
- Emails: Must be a valid email format (user@domain.com)
- Phone: Use international format with country code (+1234567890)
- Wi-Fi: Follow format WIFI:S:NetworkName;T:WPA;P:Password;;
- V-Card: Must include BEGIN:VCARD and END:VCARD tags
For best quality results:
- Download the PNG file at 512x512px (high resolution)
- Don't resize the image smaller than 256x256px
- For print, use vector format or scale proportionally
- Maintain the white background for best scanning
- Don't compress the image excessively
